Rio Ferdinand reveals one player Erik Ten Hag must offload from Man Utd
Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has revealed one player that needs to be out of the Red Devil’s team. He named captain Harry Maguire as the player who must leave the club next summer.
Maguire so far has experienced a very difficult start to the new season and so it was last season despite being a regular starter.
The England defender has failed to make it to the starting XI for Ten Hag as the Dutch manager prefers the partnership of Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez in the center-back position.

“If there is takers I think Erik ten Hag lets him go,” Ferdinand said on his Vibe with FIVE podcast.
“I think he will want to go, if he is not playing, I don’t think he wants to sit there – there are other people who have chosen to sit there when they aren’t playing and that’s fine, but I don’t think Harry Maguire is one of those guys.
“He loves football and wants to play, and he will have an open and honest conversation with the manager.”
