As the race between Arsenal and Chelsea for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Mykhailo Mudryk continues to heat up, the winger has taken to social media tp hint about his next line of action as he is hopeful of playing for his favorite Premier League club.
Arsenal has been a longtime admirer of the Ukrainian, whereas Chelsea has only recently attempted to lure him to Stamford Bridge.
According to the Daily Mail, negotiations are currently underway between Shakhtar and both London clubs regarding a transfer in January, and Sky Sports reported on Thursday that Shakhtar representatives would attend Chelsea’s match against Manchester City in advance of the negotiations.

The 22-year-old may have hinted at his next club by liking an Instagram photo of himself wearing an Arsenal-themed cape.
Mudryk has frequently indicated on social media his desire to join the Gunners by letting his followers know that he watches their games whenever the London club is in action.
According to a report in the Mail, the 22-year-old is Mikel Arteta’s top priority for the month of January, despite Arsenal’s latest bid of approximately £62 million being rejected for the winger. However, the Gunners will not give up on their pursuit of the player.
