Man United defender Martinez replies Varane after teammates open confession
Manchester United defender, Lisandro Martinez has given his verdict on teammate, Raphael Varane as the two of them continue to bond together at Old Trafford.
The Argentine lauded his France counterpart, Varane as a legend of the game as his partnership with the former Real Madrid star continues to blossom.
Both players started together in Man United’s Europa League 2-0 victory against Sheriff Tiraspol in Moldova on Thursday night.

“Everyone knows how good he is. He is a legend for me,” Martinez said after Man United defeated Sheriff FC at the Zimbru Stadium.
“I’m really happy to play with him at the back but every player in the team is ready to play. Every player is doing well and working hard. That’s the important point.
He added, “It’s not just Varane, it is Harry, it is Luke Shaw, it is Donny van de Beek, it is everyone. Everyone is ready, that is the good point [of where we are] as a team.”
