FIFA World Cup 2022: All squad lists for Qatar

As we draw closer to the start of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, the national team coaches are beginning to name their squads after careful selections.

While a greater number out of the 32 finalists are rounding up with their plans for the tournament, just a few have released their full squad for the competition, with hopes that star players remain fit and injury-free ahead of the World Cup.

According to the rules, each team must name at least 23 players for the 2022 World Cup and not more than 26 players of which three (3) of those must be goalkeepers.

14th November 2022 has been marked as the deadline for the submission of the squad list to FIFA. So far, Japan, Costa Rica and Brazil have named their squad for the tournament.

All squad lists will be published officially by FIFA on Tuesday, November, 15th.

Any injured player can be replaced up to 24 hours before a country’s first fixture with approval from FIFA.
